Remove protective cap from applicator. Prime the pump on first use only. Clear your nostrils. Insert tip into opening of nostril while holding other nostril closed. Squeeze the pump twice and then breathe in. Massage sides of nose and then clear nostrils. Repeat this procedure on the other nostril.Gently blow nose.
